Welcome to our website. By accessing, browsing, or using this website and enrolling in any of our counseling or training support programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any registration or payment.
1. Nature of Services We are a premier career counseling and training support organization. We assist students and professionals in navigating career pathways, providing preparatory training, and unlocking job opportunities.
Important Note: We act as counselors and support partners. For several dedicated programs, the core specialized training and final placement logistics are managed entirely by our designated Training Partners.
2. Program-Specific Disclosures & Training PartnersBy enrolling in any of the following specific programs, you explicitly acknowledge the respective roles of our organization and our third-party training partners:
A. System Engineer Program * Our Role: We act strictly as career counselors and provide auxiliary Spoken English classes to support your overall professional development. * Training Partner Role: Job assurance and core technical training are provided entirely by Skill Perkho. * Compliance: Students must strictly follow all guidelines, instructions, curriculum standards, and protocols set forth by Skill Perkho.
B. City Union Bank Program * Our Role: We act strictly as a counseling partner for this program. * Training Partner Role: The program is administered and executed by Imarticus Learning. * Compliance: Students are strictly bound by the rules, instructions, schedules, and guidelines established by Imarticus Learning.
C. CFMRA Program * Our Role: We act solely as career counselors regarding the course structure and choices. * Training Partner Role: Training and final placements are fully handled by Magnum Educorp. * Compliance: Students must adhere strictly to the training and placement guidelines mandated by Magnum Educorp.
D. BFSI Program (with Bank Plus) * Our Role: This program is run in collaboration with Bank Plus. * 100% Job Selection Definition: “100% Job Selection” is defined explicitly as Unlimited Training = Unlimited Job Interviews. We will continuously provide training support and schedule interview opportunities for the student. * Student Responsibility: The final interview must be cleared/cracked by the student themselves through their own merit and performance.
E. We also are counselling partners for NIIT university, cracked edu and munjal University.
We act as a counselor only so the entire training and placement is the responsibility of the above mentioned university’s and training partners

3. Interview and Placement Policy: Opportunity vs. Guarantee: We provide comprehensive training, skill development, and interview opportunities. However, the clearing/cracking of any job interview rests entirely on the individual student’s merit, performance, and capability. Post-Placement Disclaimer: Once a student is successfully placed and hired by an employer, we hold absolutely no responsibility or liability for the workplace environment, company culture, corporate policies, or the behavior of superiors, management, or colleagues at the respective job.
4. Fee Structure & Refund Policy * Strict Non-Refundable Policy: Once any fee (partial or full) is paid to us for counseling, registration, or support classes, it is completely non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. * Counseling Charges: Our independent counseling charges are entirely separate from, and have nothing to do with, the core course/tuition fees charged by any third-party training partners.
5. Student Conduct and AttendanceTo remain eligible for placement opportunities and training support, students must: Maintain a minimum attendance of 85% (or as mandated by the specific training partner) in all scheduled online/offline sessions. Behave professionally, ethically, and respectfully with counselors, trainers, fellow peers, and interviewers. Misconduct, fraudulent representation, or failure to attend scheduled interviews without prior valid notice may result in immediate termination from the program without a refund.
6. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our organization, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the student’s performance in interviews, their employment terms with corporate clients, or any actions taken by third-party training partners.
7. Modifications to Terms: We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or enrollment in our programs following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India.
